Users remain responsible for the information they submit.

• Rewards systems;
• Articles;
• Graphics;
• Educational materials;

remain the intellectual property of the Platform or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or exploited without prior written consent.

The Platform may contain links to:

• Club websites;
• Sponsors;
• Advertisers;
• E-commerce providers;
• Booking platforms;
• Travel partners;
• Coaching providers.

The Platform does not control third-party services and accepts no responsibility for their content, products, services, privacy practices, or availability.

Any dealings with third parties are solely between you and the relevant provider.

Participation in padel and other sports activities carries inherent risks, including injury and physical strain.

The Platform makes no representations regarding:

• Fitness for participation;
• Health outcomes;
• Injury prevention;
• Medical suitability.

You should seek professional medical advice before participating in any sporting activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform, its directors, employees, contractors, sponsors and partners shall not be liable for:

• Injury sustained during sporting activities;
• Inaccurate rankings or statistics;
• User-generated content;
• Loss of rewards or promotional benefits;
• Service interruptions;
• Technical errors;
• Third-party products or services;
• Indirect or consequential losses.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims, damages, costs or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Platform;
• Content you upload;
• Breach of these Terms;
• Violation of any applicable law.

The Platform may update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform and become effective upon publication.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
